Her perspective comes from more than 20 years of success in developing and implementing reimbursement initiatives for global medical technology companies, and shaping patient satisfaction in managed care and clinical settings.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Patricia has served in diverse strategic and operational leadership roles, including reimbursement policy analysis and management, provider relations, payment processing and patient advocacy.
Recently as a consultant, she guided a medical device startup in obtaining Medicare and private payer reimbursement for clinical trials. She also provided ICD-10 transition education to clients across medical specialties. Previously, as a health policy and reimbursement analyst and manager at several global medical technology companies, she improved reimbursement positioning through multiple ICD-9, CPT and HCPC code changes. Earlier in her career, as a provider relations manager at a prominent workers’ compensation company, she spearheaded a national PPO contract that saved the organization more than $1.5 million. She also streamlined processes that increased operational productivity by 200%.
CREDENTIALS
Patricia earned a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Francis. She is a Certified Professional Coder/Payer, a Certified Outpatient Coder, a Certified Professional Medical Auditor, and a Managed Healthcare Professional who has also received certification in Continuous Quality Improvement.
